just made these cookies- i measured 250 g sugar into the recipe (instead of a little over 300, which 1 1/2 cups is) and used 1/4 cup soft silken tofu instead of egg and they were great! this is an awesome basic recipe that can be experimented with in all sorts of ways (additions, other nut butters, shapes etc.)
