Getting to the root of the problem

Submitted by on March 4, 2010 – 6:00 pmNo Comment

This variation on a traditional Japanese confection is made from lily root, an exotic vegetable you should be able to find at an Asian food market. Cute and colorful, these are the perfect confection for serving at a child's tea party. Just in time for the Doll's Day Festival on March 3.
