		<description>So true Kelly - the more you experiment, the easier it becomes to figure out how to blend flavors and come up with new combinations of ingredients.  Then, of course it becomes like a sickness that takes over your life, but we don&#039;t need to go into that right now :).  This is a perfect article to start off the series!

		<description>So true! If I see a recipe in a cookbook that sounds great, I&#039;ll make it according to the recipe once. Maybe twice. After that, I play - with flavors, textures, etc.
