While these analyses may be “technically correct” sometimes, I think these sites overlook interesting recipes from regular folks. I’m not looking for work by food photographers when I browse — I’ve got cookbooks for that. I’m looking for goodies by real cooks, like me. Your ice cream looks fantastic.
I love this photo and I think you captured the idea that was intended, the scoops look delicious and I love that you can even see swirls in the ceramic bowl that imitate how an ice cream scoop curls the ice cream into a ball. To me, it looks like you thought of that too and that was very clever. You surely made me want a taste—or lick! Keep it up.
