I think this is a great photo, and actually has decent diffuse lighting, which is perfect for a cake such as this – let alone the amazing talent that went into the cake! It just needs a little brightening – I bet if you brightened it up in photoshop and then resubmitted FG would accept it, it’s too pretty for them not to!
